At 62 Monkor Road, Randpark Ridge, Randburg, 2169, a quiet residential suburb in the north of Johannesburg. Randburg CBD, Cresta Shopping Centre and the Randpark golf courses are minutes away, with easy routes to Sandton and Lanseria Airport.
Is the apartment affected by load shedding?
No. Comfort Zone runs on off-grid power and water, so load shedding and water outages do not interrupt your stay.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 3 guests: a king-size bed in the bedroom and a three-quarter bed in the open-plan study area. Children under 5 stay free and do not count toward occupancy. The apartment is always booked as one whole, private unit.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00, unless arranged in advance with your host, and check-out is at 09:30.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes. Fast, uncapped Wi-Fi with a dedicated work desk, a Smart TV with Netflix, and secure parking on the property.
Is it self-catering?
Yes. The kitchenette has a gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, cooking essentials and a tea and coffee station. Breakfast and supper are available on request at an extra charge.
How much does a stay cost?
Stays are a flat rate of R1,100 per night, with no cleaning fee. Book directly and you save 10% on longer stays.
