Terms and Conditions

- To secure your booking, payment in full is required.
- If you do not arrive, or do not cancel your booking at least one month before check-in, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
- We are a no-smoking and no-vaping establishment.
- Please familiarise yourself with and follow our House Rules (booklet in the apartment).
- Failure to comply with the House Rules will result in a charge for damages or termination of your stay.
- Guest security is a high priority, so we have cameras, security alarms and systems in place, which are activated at night.

How do I pay for my booking?
Payment in full secures your booking. Once Céleste has confirmed availability she sends an invoice or a Yoco payment link.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you do not arrive, or do not cancel at least one month before check-in, the booking is forfeited and no refund is given.
Do children pay?
Children under 5 stay free and do not count toward occupancy. The apartment sleeps up to 3 guests.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Comfort Zone is a no-smoking and no-vaping establishment.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Booking directly gives you 10% off longer stays, and extended-stay discounts are available by arrangement with your host.
