Comfort Zone has always been about making people feel welcome. From our first coastal retreat to our private apartment in Johannesburg, we bring the same heart, care and South African hospitality to every stay.
From the Coast.
With the Same Heart.
Our story began more than two decades ago on South Africa’s south-western coast, between Mossel Bay and George, with a bed and breakfast overlooking Reebok Beach.
We welcomed business and holiday travellers from around the world. What stayed with us most were the connections, conversations and friendships that grew from making people feel at home.
Our journey took us back to Johannesburg, and in late 2019 we took on an older house in Randpark Ridge, transforming this fixer-upper into a comfortable space with the same welcoming spirit.
In February 2021, Comfort Zone opened its doors here. Today, Céleste continues that tradition with a private apartment, thoughtful comforts and personal hospitality.

Our first chapter began overlooking Reebok Beach, welcoming travellers from near and far.

We took on a fixer-upper in Randpark Ridge and began shaping it into the new home of Comfort Zone.
